Support managers in identifying and understanding their organization’s challenges through daily work dynamics. Mobilize teams toward process optimization: increasing productivity, reducing costs, and decreasing lead time. Train leaders and teams in continuous improvement and Lean tools. Support the development of team leadership. Create and ensure bidirectional information flows — both upward and downward. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering. B2 level English or higher is mandatory. Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role. Knowledge and experience in process planning and adaptation. Knowledge and experience in the automotive sector. LEAN knowledge. Experience in project implementation and integration. Advanced Excel proficiency. Knowledge and experience with CAD tools.
