Job Summary: We are seeking a social worker to design, monitor, and evaluate care plans; coordinate with resources; and provide psychosocial support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Psychosocial support for users and their families We are looking for personnel to perform social worker duties in Pamplona/Iruña. Tasks include designing, monitoring, and evaluating individualized social care plans; coordinating with health, social, and community resources; collaborating with local organizations; and providing psychosocial support to users and their families. Working hours: Monday to Wednesday from 08:30 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:30; Thursday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:30; Friday from 08:30 to 15:00\. Full-time position; initial contract is temporary for 6 months, with potential conversion to permanent. **Professional Experience:** No experience required **Education:** University degree in Social Work.
