We are seeking 3 Developers for a major client in the banking sector, to carry out a migration of existing services currently implemented on Amazon Connect to Genesys Cloud, including the following tasks: * IVR migration * Inbound and outbound service migration * Email service migration * SMS service migration * Chat service migration * Report adaptation The project supports a fully remote work model. Requirements What are we looking for? We need 3 Senior and Mid-level Genesys Cloud Developers: Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience * Knowledge: Genesys Architect Routing & ACD design IVR design (DTMF + speech) Omnichannel CX Requirements: * Prior experience in Contact Center projects (on-premise or cloud). * Knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX and/or other platforms such as Genesys Engage, Pure Connect, Amazon Connect, Altitude, or NICE. * Fluent English (spoken and written).
