Do you enjoy working in dynamic environments, engaging directly with students, and collaborating with diverse teams? **Your main mission** will be to provide administrative support by carrying out tasks related to academic management. **Our primary areas of work focus on:** * Processing degree requests from undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students. * Handling academic record requests and issuing certificates. * Managing credit recognition and transfer procedures. * Placing orders in the ERP system. * Supporting other academic processes related to undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs. #### **Requirements** **Do you identify with the following characteristics?** * You hold a Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. * You have one year of experience in administrative roles. * You possess strong communication and writing skills (C1\) in English and Basque. * You enjoy working collaboratively in teams. **You will stand out if:** * You have experience working in university or educational settings. * You are familiar with learning platforms such as Moodle or Universitas XXI. * You have worked with the Salesforce CRM. * You demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail and customer orientation, and capabilities in planning and self-management. **What can you expect from Basque Culinary Center?** * Indefinite full-time employment contract. * You will join a continuously growing project within a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment, enabling you to gain a global perspective of the gastronomic world. * You will actively contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
