Within this team, we manage and develop friction product development projects across the EU. What you can expect as a Mechanical Testing Technician (m/f/d): Join the friction materials validation team and ensure planning of product validation (scope and timelines). Prepare bench tests and ensure compliance with test procedures. Assemble and disassemble brake systems. Perform measurements on test samples. Brake pads, discs, shoes… Prepare test reports using appropriate tools and equipment. Carry out maintenance activities for test machines and test facilities. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Support engineering project activities. **Your profile as a Mechanical Testing Technician (m/f/d):** Vocational training (FP) in mechanics or automotive engineering (recommended but not mandatory). Experience in automotive components/systems—especially braking systems—will be valued. Knowledge of electronics and electricity will be beneficial for this position. Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Proficiency in computer software and office applications.
