Integrated Management Systems Technician

Description

**Responsibilities:** Ensure the proper functioning of Integrated Management Systems (quality, environment, occupational health and safety, compliance, and Corporate Social Responsibility) across all organizational levels, driving continuous improvement. **Specific Tasks:** * **Specific Functions:** * Maintain and develop management systems (quality, environment, occupational health and safety, CSR, and compliance). * Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits. * Coordinate the management of nonconformities and complaints. * Monitor and audit customer satisfaction. * Promote continuous improvement within the organization and implement initiatives. * Advise business units on management systems. * Identify legal requirements and ensure their compliance. **Prevention** * Conduct risk assessments and propose preventive actions. * Participate in accident and incident investigations. * Manage occupational health and safety plans and emergency response plans. **Environment** * Manage environmental requirements and liaise with regulatory authorities. * Define and monitor environmental objectives and improvement actions. **Compliance and CSR** * Manage and monitor the criminal compliance system. * Promote and coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. * **Technical or Higher Degree in Electronics Engineering.** * **Proficiency in English.** * **Willingness to travel.**
