**Key Responsibilities:**
\- Reporting to the Territory’s Real Estate Manager, this role will engage with the Territory’s Media Technicians, based on:
* Standardization of criteria, clarification of concepts, and coordination of activities in the field of construction projects.
* Technical and functional support.
* Support and value-added contributions.
* Bidirectional information flow: conveying directives, criteria, and priorities from headquarters, while also gathering, analyzing, and escalating territory-identified needs and proposals—including weaknesses and critical points—and collaborating on consensus-based solution proposals.
* Joint efforts focused on identifying and analyzing efficiencies regarding spaces, costs, workflows, processes, etc.
\- This role also involves coordination with SSCC (Shared Service Centers), participating in the development and implementation of plans, policies, and criteria. A collaborative mindset is essential—sharing best practices, analyzing identified issues, transmitting territory-gathered information, and contributing to defining improvement proposals.
\- The role is responsible for developing specific projects: analysis, design, development, implementation, and/or execution of various types of projects within the Real Estate area.
\- All responsibilities must be carried out consistently and aligned with internal and external (e.g., suppliers) criteria, strategies, standards, and policies—both for internal clients and external stakeholders.
This position offers teleworking under the corporate 60/40 model.
**Integrated into the Engineering North team, within the Premises & Services subunit**, reporting to the Territory’s Real Estate Manager, the position **requires**:
* **Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Building Engineering.**
* Knowledge of **internal standards and protocols** required for the role.
* **Proficiency in construction-related applications: AutoCAD, Presto, MS Project.**
* Other applications: **Microsoft Office, Google Tools.**
* **Impeccable conduct** and utmost care regarding potential conflicts of interest.
* Technical and analytical capability.
* **Teamwork, communication, and empathy** with SSCC, Territories, colleagues, suppliers, and other Bank departments.
* Experience in a construction company and/or project management—as well as supplier management—is desirable, though not necessarily within the banking sector.
* **The position is based in Bilbao.** **Travel availability** is also required as an integral part of the role (within Spain).
