




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to prepare, cook, and present meals, supervise quality, and manage inventory, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Stock management and order placement We are looking for a cook to join our team in Cangas de Onís (Asturias). Main responsibilities will include food preparation—such as cutting, peeling, and washing all types of ingredients according to established recipes and the requirements of each dish. You will be responsible for cooking and final presentation of meals, using various cooking techniques—including open flame, oven, and frying—always with appropriate utensils. Additionally, you will supervise product quality and ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. You will also manage stock levels and place necessary orders. Prior experience in similar positions is highly desirable. The contract will be temporary, covering an employee’s leave, with full-time working hours. Salary will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement.
