Specifically, you’ll manage commercial planning, stock handling, sales performance, adherence to company standards and procedures, and product visual impact. You’ll also assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills, and maintain their motivation and commitment. When needed, you’ll support the checkout area, ensuring all our customers enjoy an excellent experience. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to work and develop people’s talent. Therefore, strong communication skills and a sharp commercial mindset are essential. As a rapidly expanding company, our needs are spread across the country, and we aim for our teams to gain exposure to a variety of business units to accelerate their professional progression—so national geographical availability is a mandatory requirement.
