Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive metrology technician to inspect, verify, repair, and maintain measuring equipment, supporting assembly and calibration activities. Key Points: 1. Close collaboration with the lead technician on maintenance tasks We are looking for a person to work in metrology in Zamudio. Responsibilities include inspecting, verifying, and commissioning measuring equipment; supporting assembly and disassembly of components; repairing and replacing minor components such as displays, sensors, or calipers; and collaborating with the lead technician on maintenance and calibration tasks. Manual tools are handled, spare parts are organized, and all interventions are recorded. A three-month temporary full-time contract is offered, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, with potential for permanent incorporation. The annual gross salary ranges between 20\.000 and 25\.000 euros, depending on experience and qualifications. * Education related to metrology, mechanics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or similar fields (vocational training or technical courses are advantageous). * Spoken English proficiency is mandatory for comprehension and interaction in the role. * Basic knowledge of measuring equipment, mechanics and/or electronics. * Proficiency in using manual tools and basic measuring instruments. * Proactive attitude, ability to learn, and attention to detail. * Prior experience in inspection, calibration, or maintenance of technical equipment is advantageous. * Availability to start in July.
