Description

**Your role** R\&D Cell Test Technician is responsible for performing battery testing and measurements using specialized electrical, thermal, and mechanical equipment to provide rapid feedback on cell performance. This role involves developing testing methods and procedures, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing results. **Main functions** * Develop and document methods and procedures for cell testing in collaboration with R\&D and Validation engineers. * Propose new evaluation and test methods to improve testing efficiency and accuracy. * Assist in developing tools with new software to increase the efficiency of the lab. * Build and assemble test fixtures and wiring harnesses for battery cell testing. * Run tests on a range of cell testing equipment and report data/results accurately. * Troubleshoot and correct problems encountered during testing to maintain testing integrity. * Work across various parts of the organization, collaborating with R\&D technical team, Process Engineering, Supply, IT, and Automation teams. * Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure consistency in electrolyte manufacturing processes. * Implement and adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols in all research and development activities related to cell testing. **What we offer** At BasqueVolt, we welcome the best talent from around the world: * **International Environment:** Join a diverse team of young professionals with more than 17 nationalities, fostering a positive intercultural atmosphere. * **Relocation Package:** We assist you in making your move to Spain as smooth as possible, offering support in all immigration and bureaucratic processes (health system, accommodation, bank appointments, traffic license, scholarship, and anything you may need!). * **Supportive Onboarding:** From day one, we will guide you through everything about the company, ensuring seamless integration. * **Work\-life balance:** We embrace flexibility, remote work and promote a healthy work\-life balance.
