Main tasks and direct related responsibilities: * Responsible for the right development of mechanical designs according with project requirements. * It will cover the creation of assembly drawings, detail part drawings, 3D models, and bills of material to meet special inquiry and order requirements for both standard and non\-standard products per company standards, practices, and procedures. * Responsible for preparation and submittal of drawings and/or 3D models to customers (through Sales) for special orders. * Develop and design cost\-effective changes of machine parts according to customer requirements. * Design innovation applications for current machine models, as well as machine solutions * Coordination of external technical work when necessary and according to the complexity of the assigned tasks * Collaboration with the electrical and software technical office to achieve the complete project compliance. * Technical support to Sales when it is necessary. * Administrative task linked to the department activity (quotations, purchase requests, etc.). The position is based in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Spain. **What You Need to Be Successful** Qualifications, professional experience and technical skills * Mandatory: Mechanical Engineering Graduate or equivalent experience or Higher Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Design or equivalent experience * Mandatory: Near graduates or 18 months at maximum of experience in mechanical design, background in packaging sector, automated machinery would be an advantage. * Mandatory: Extensive knowledge of 3D CAD software, Solidworks as preferred. * Mandatory: Good knowledge in pneumatics. * Mandatory: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products. * Mandatory: Familiar with basic functions of ERP. * Mandatory: English First Certificate. * Mandatory: Fluent in Spanish. * Desired: Experience in filling products systems. * Mandatory: Availability to travel worldwide when needed. **Our Offer** * Flexible timetable. * Private parking. * Life insurance. * Optional medical insurance, meal tickets and kindergarten tickets. * Fresh fruit two times per week.
