Given the strong growth context within the data center industry, we are seeking to strengthen our professional team to develop various projects both inside and outside Spain. Currently, we are looking to hire BMS/Control Systems specialists who will be based in our Madrid/Bilbao offices, reporting to the head of the electrical department. Responsible for designing automation and facility management systems in data centers and buildings to ensure operational efficiency and environmental comfort. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative technical solutions and coordinate project implementation from the design phase through commissioning. **What you will do:** * BMS System Design: Develop technical solutions for building automation and control systems, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical installations, lighting, security, and energy management. * Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, and other professionals to understand and document project requirements, including functional and technical specifications. * Development of Drawings and Diagrams: Create detailed drawings, diagrams, and installation schematics to guide BMS system implementation, ensuring effective integration with existing building infrastructure. * Equipment Selection: Identify and specify suitable BMS equipment and components to meet project objectives, considering energy efficiency, reliability, and system compatibility. * Risk and Regulatory Assessment: Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards related to safety, environment, and energy efficiency. * Implementation Supervision: Collaborate with contractors and installation teams to ensure BMS systems are implemented according to quality standards, budget, and schedule. * Testing and Commissioning: Conduct functional and performance tests to verify proper operation of BMS systems, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations. * Training and Support: Provide technical training and support to clients and end-users to ensure proper operation and maintenance of BMS systems. **What we expect from you:** * University degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Previous experience of around 3 years in building automation system design and/or implementation, preferably in the Data Center sector. * In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards such as ASHRAE, ANSI, NFPA, among others. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM360, Revit, Autocad, MS Office tools. * Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. **What we offer you:** These are some of the benefits you will enjoy: * Flexible working hours policies. * Remote work options. * Our commitment is to provide job stability and long-term projects. * We offer a range of measures to support your 360-degree development and help you achieve all your goals. * Development Program focused on mentoring for your roles, enabling continued growth and professional development.
