**What to Expect** Our Parts and Warehouse Specialists play an essential role in assistance operations, providing the necessary spare parts to the Workshop Technical Team and Mobile Service Team. We have created the most innovative vehicle fleet in history, and you will help deliver an equally innovative service experience. **What You'll Do** * Manage the warehouse and its flows: you will order, receive, and distribute spare parts as needed to meet our service commitments. You will also be responsible for receiving, picking, shipping spare parts, and supporting the team—with or without supervision—according to your skill level. * Ensure maximum quality: we will rely on you to ensure that received spare parts meet both quantity and quality expectations, and to maintain accurate records of them, paying close attention to detail. * Coordinate and collaborate: you will collaborate with internal teams and work closely with suppliers to ensure availability of required spare parts. You will maintain up-to-date information on repairs to be performed and plan accordingly. You will manage escalated cases and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. * Communicate: you will maintain constant communication with internal assistance teams and suppliers to ensure excellent service for our customers. **What You'll Bring** * Experience: you have professional experience in warehousing and logistics (preferably in the automotive sector). * Ability to learn quickly and interest in continuous learning: we do not require you to be an automotive expert, but rather that you have a genuine interest in cars and new technologies, and that you wish to continuously develop your knowledge. * Excellent communication skills: you communicate clearly and appropriately in Spanish and English, and know how to express your viewpoint clearly and respectfully. * Digital skills: you are able to rapidly adopt and adapt to new technologies and systems. * Flexibility and teamwork: you enjoy collaborating closely with others and know how to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments. You are available to work Monday through Saturday to support your team. * Safe driving: you hold a valid driver’s license (Category B). * Eligibility: you are eligible to work in Spain.
