At Ormazabal you will find a space to design your future and that of the rest of the world. **VACANCY DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a lawyer to temporarily join the Legal Advisory department at Ormazabal, based in Derio, to cover a leave within the department. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive and strategic legal advice to the company, ensuring full regulatory compliance and contributing to the mitigation of legal risks during the substitution period. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Contract review and drafting**: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (supply, distribution, licensing, NDAs, MOUs, Joint Ventures, etc.), ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and protection of know\-how, customer access and geographical expansion * **Corporate and corporate management**: Support, coordinate and supervise the creation, modification and maintenance of legal structures of group companies, including powers of attorney, minutes and incorporation of companies, and other deeds * **Administrative coordination and reporting**: Keep corporate information up to date and prepare legal reports * Direct management of notarial and registry procedures, as well as coordination with public agencies on relevant legal matters * Collaboration in all functions of the department, including legal advice to business, resolution of internal queries, and participation in legal-corporate follow-up meetings **REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Degree in Law, Economic Law or related field * Master’s degree in International Law or corporate legal advisory desirable **Experience:** Prior experience in similar roles and/or activities involving negotiation of commercial contracts, preferably as in-house counsel or corporate lawyer, is desirable.
