**City**: Bilbao **Location**: Zierbena **Region**: Vizcaya / Bizkaia (ES\-BI) **Country**: Spain (ES) **Position**: 40989 **Main Responsibilities:** * Implementation of the organization's HR policies at the workplace. * Management of labor relations with the Legal Representation of Workers at the workplace: Preparation of periodic meetings and collective agreement negotiations. * Control and management of working time. * Monthly processing of incidents and payroll, communication regarding Social Security registration procedures, contracts with SEPE, dismissals, work accidents, and procedures in DELTA. * Support to the legal department in defending the Company's interests before different public agencies: Labor Inspections, conciliations, claims, and legal proceedings. * Development of the workplace's training plan, creation of the training matrix, and monitoring and recording of training activities. * Collaboration with other departments in talent development at the workplace. * Participation in personnel selection processes. * Monthly preparation of reports on hours and personnel, and control of absenteeism and overtime. * Management of all operations related to the employment lifecycle of human capital. * Negotiation and drafting of agreements with employees regarding leaves, sabbaticals, permits, warnings, and disciplinary actions. * Creation and implementation of the Company's Equal Opportunity Plan, development of equality and diversity policies. * Preparation of work schedules. * Management of personnel budget and compensation plan. * Collaboration in assigned global projects. **Technical Knowledge and Competencies:** * Strong leader, assertive, resilient, collaborative and flexible. * Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and team members. * Problem management ability, capable of managing and leading the team to drive solutions and progress. * Proactive and quick learner. * Mindset oriented toward driving innovation and change. **Education/Experience:** * Education: Degree in Labor Relations \+ HR, Law \+ Labor Relations, Business Administration, or other related degrees. * Valuable training: Master’s in Human Resources Management. * Fluent Spanish and B2 – C1 level English. * Proficient in computer tools: EXCEL, PPT… * 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience leading teams in an agile environment.
