Strategic planning for product strategies WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Functions: * Responsible for the design and development (R\&D) of the products * Define the scope and specific technical objectives of the development project in collaboration with the product manager * Quantify the costs and investment schedule of proposed development projects. * Plan and control the development as project manager * Convert user needs into technical requirements * Responsible for the preparation of products technical documentation. * Analyze engineering change proposals * Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams during the project and product life cycle * Ensure compliance with the technical requirements of the product during its life cycle * Evaluate the status and monitor the development of the project * Propose recommendations and initiatives for improvement * Technical assistance to the Commercial and Operations departments * Support the production organization with the manufacturing technical requirements * Contribute to the strategic planning of product strategies * Provide technical support with clients and marketing campaigns **Location: Av. del partenón, Madrid.** WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE * University studies in engineering, Mechanical engineer, Chemical engineer, Aerospace engineer or/and Industrial engineer * More than 5 years of experience designing and manufacturing industrial products * More than 3 years of experience in product development of ammunition or military sub\-systems * More than 2 years of experience leading teams * English advanced * Travel availability WHAT WE OFFER YOU Your strengths and experience count at Rheinmetall.
