Verify availability of the requested room type and rate. * Explain guarantee policies, special rates, and cancellation policies to callers. * Handle and document special requests. * Respond to questions regarding property amenities and services, and room accommodations. * Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue. Enter and access data in the reservation system.
