We are seeking to hire a professional for the **Product Engineering** department of an industry-leading company located in **Legazpi**.
**What will be your mission?**
Lead the development and evolution of the product portfolio, coordinating technical teams and closely collaborating with various departments to ensure competitive, customer-oriented solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead new product development projects following structured methodologies such as APQP.
* Analyze and implement modifications to existing products, structures, and tooling.
* Provide technical support to the commercial department by participating in technical meetings with customers and sector trade fairs.
* Collaborate with Operations to improve manufacturing processes.
* Drive efficiency improvement projects across manufacturing plants, including analysis and implementation of modifications to existing products, structures, routing, tooling, and standardization.
* Coordinate and develop the multicultural team of product engineers.

**What are we looking for?**
* University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience of at least 5 years in product development or project management, including team leadership.
* Experience in industrial sectors such as automotive, machine tools, or machining.
* Advanced level of English.
* Proficiency in 3D design software (Solid Edge or SolidWorks).
* Willingness to travel to other Group plants.
* Knowledge of simulation tools is a plus.
* Required competencies: Teamwork ability, technical leadership, communication skills, autonomy, proactivity, and strong sense of commitment.
