Because at Anfi Group, we know that **cleanliness also creates memorable experiences**. **Key Responsibilities** * Cleaning, organizing, and presenting **guest rooms and common areas**, in accordance with Group standards. * Restocking amenities, linens, and work supplies. * Reporting incidents or defects to ensure service quality. * Adhering to **hygiene, safety, and quality protocols**. * Collaborating with the team to maintain a **positive and efficient working environment**. * Responding promptly, courteously, and professionally to any guest requests. Requirements: * Prior experience in hotel, vacation apartment, or similar cleaning roles (preferred). * Positive attitude, proactivity, and teamwork orientation. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays. * Motivation to grow professionally within the hospitality industry.
