We’re looking for you! **Position Description:** As an **Events Supervisor**, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper implementation of activities conducted at events. Your mission will be to guarantee pedagogical quality, operational efficiency, and responsible use of materials, in accordance with the client’s established standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Planning, organization, and supervision** of educational and public transport promotion activities. * **Coordination of the team of monitors**, assigning tasks and ensuring the quality of interventions. * **Design, adaptation, and delivery** of didactic content and educational materials. * **End-to-end inventory management:** stock control, material requests, maintenance, and replenishment. * Supervision of **participatory methodologies** and group dynamics applied during activities. * **Preparation of reports**: progress updates, incident logs, and results evaluation. **We Are Looking For:** * Studies in **Education, Pedagogy, Communication, or Protocol and Events** (a university degree is not mandatory). * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** coordinating or supervising projects and events. * Leadership and teamwork skills. * Assertive communication and interpersonal skills. * Organization, planning, and attention to detail. * Adaptability to school and community environments. **Availability** * Ability to travel across different areas of Valencia city. * Immediate start. * **Full availability from Monday to Sunday** during school holiday periods (Christmas, Fallas, and Easter). **Why Join This Project?** * You will be part of an initiative with direct social impact on education and responsible mobility. * You will contribute to building a more sustainable city from the ground up—its school community participating in social events.
