The selected candidate will work on high-impact initiatives for industrial and service-sector clients, assuming real responsibility for analysis, design, and monitoring of projects. **Responsibilities:** * Analysis and structuring of digital transformation initiatives * Evaluation of technological solutions and support in decision-making * Ability to incorporate AI-based solutions into process and solution design * Management and monitoring of the team’s portfolio of initiatives * Liaison with business units to identify real needs behind each request Change management to successfully implement initiatives * **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, or similar roles * Practical experience using AI tools and models applied to business environments * Knowledge of process analysis and improvement * Proactive profile with ability to work autonomously in high-demand environments * Functional English for technical environments * Residence in the Bilbao area or surrounding region (mandatory) Preferred qualifications: familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, Google Workspace, Atlassian, or automation platforms.
