Leadership in evacuation and emergency assistance We are looking for a person to perform concierge duties at a building in Oviedo. Main responsibilities include surveillance and access control to the premises, ensuring proper operation of the building’s common facilities. The role also involves mail reception and, in case of emergencies, leading evacuations and providing assistance to those in need. A Basic General Education qualification or E.S.O. diploma is preferred, along with basic computer skills and prior experience in similar positions. Candidates with certified functional diversity will be prioritized. This is a temporary position with a part-time schedule of 29 hours per week, distributed across rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, either between 9:00 and 14:00 or between 16:00 and 21:00, with legally mandated breaks.
