The candidate must have at least two years of experience in BIM-based electrical infrastructure design projects and will join Boslan’s Generation and Networks Unit, specifically its HV/MV Substations Engineering Team, to perform activities including: * Leading the BIM team for civil and electromechanical engineering of all types of HV/MV electrical substations. * Leading the implementation of BIM methodology within the HV/MV substation engineering team. * Performing detailed civil and electromechanical engineering of HV/MV electrical substations using BIM methodology. * Reviewing third-party BIM models of HV/MV electrical substations. * Providing technical support to clients regarding BIM models of HV/MV electrical substations. This position offers a hybrid work model and can be performed from any of the following locations: Bilbao, Madrid, Zaragoza, Alicante, or Castellón. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: Technical Engineering / Technical Architecture / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Master’s in BIM. Minimum Experience: At least two years in a similar role. Minimum Knowledge: * Minimum two years’ experience in HV/MV substation or electrical infrastructure projects. * Advanced BIM knowledge (Revit, Navisworks). * Experience using CDEs: ProjectWise Engineer and ACC (BIM 360\). * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D. * Familiarity with Spanish construction regulations. * English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. Desirable Knowledge: * Knowledge of IBERDROLA’s civil and electromechanical design standards and criteria for substations. * User-level proficiency in CIVIL 3D. * Familiarity with QGIS/GvSIG. * User-level proficiency in CYPE. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * Strong technical, critical, and analytical capabilities, oriented toward efficient problem solving. * Ability to interpret and analyze results from studies and calculations with a critical and constructive approach. * High degree of autonomy in work, complemented by excellent teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. * Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and focus on each. * Proactive attitude, flexibility in dynamic environments, and consistent commitment to continuous learning and improvement. * Organizational and prioritization skills, with initiative-taking ability and adherence to deadlines. * Client management experience and capability, maintaining strong, results-oriented client relationships.
