Our mission is to create value for the company by developing our own technology, improving processes, or enhancing third-party technologies. Are you passionate about technology? If so, you’re the person we’re looking for. **WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?** * Lead and carry out software testing-related tasks such as: + Supervising the definition of functional and non-functional tests (security, performance, high availability, monitoring, etc.) across different levels (component, integration, end-to-end). + Ability to design software test architectures. + Supervising regression execution on each new development. + Reviewing what has been implemented against what was originally defined—without bias toward how it was implemented. + Managing Product requests and interacting with service customers. * Implement and suggest refactorings and optimizations to improve test performance, security, or cost efficiency. * Conduct peer code reviews and reviews of test framework architectures. * Identify and implement new ideas to enhance development quality, security, or efficiency. * Produce technical documentation and internal service procedures. * Define and execute the testing strategy for the unit’s various products. * Coach and mentor less experienced team members. * Define and implement new QA and DevSecOps tools and processes for the unit. * Teamwork and communication skills (interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, teamwork, and positive attitude). * Define and track individual goals for each team member. * Hold 1:1 meetings to assess progress and address team members’ questions. * Create periodic activities that motivate the team and serve as learning opportunities. **AND FOR THIS, WE BELIEVE IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAD…** **Knowledge and Experience** * Minimum 8 years’ experience in programming languages and test automation (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, C, C\+\+). * Development using CI/CD tools. * Experience working in UNIX/Linux environments, using virtual machines or containers (Docker, Kubernetes). * Knowledge of Mobile/Web development, networking technologies, or Backend development (APIs, Databases, etc.). * Advanced knowledge of Appium (mobile automation) or Selenium/Cypress (web automation) and development tools. * Experience using source code version control tools (Bitbucket, Git). * Experience using task management tools (JIRA, Redmine, Trello). * Experience applying Agile development practices. * Advanced knowledge of Behaviour Driven Development for test automation (Behave, Cucumber, GoDog). * Advanced knowledge of secure development and vulnerability assessment tools. * Familiarity with virtualization tools (VMWare) and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud). * Knowledge of non-functional testing (performance, availability, scalability, etc.). * Understanding of responsibilities related to Development and DevOps disciplines. **Education** * University degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification. * Education related to development, Telecommunications, or similar fields. **Soft Skills** * Leadership. * Analytical ability. * Ability to tailor technical messaging based on audience. * Crisis management capability. * Initiative. * Autonomy. * Communication ability. * Ability to work and organize under pressure. * Technological proactivity. * Teamwork. * Critical thinking and positive mindset. **Languages** * Spanish: advanced or native * English: advanced **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Work-life balance measures and flexible working hours. * Continuous training and certifications. * Hybrid remote work model. * Attractive social benefits package. * Excellent dynamic and multidisciplinary work environment. * Volunteering programs. **\#WeAreDiverse \#WePromoteEquality** We firmly believe diverse and inclusive teams are more innovative, transformative, and deliver better results.
