This role is critical for leading teams in investigating, containing, and resolving critical incidents, as well as providing strategic guidance to clients and stakeholders. Below, we outline the responsibilities and projects you will undertake within this team: We are seeking experienced professionals to help us lead projects in the areas of technology resilience, business continuity, and cyber crisis management. This professional would primarily work on assignments focused on technology resilience and continuity from a consulting perspective, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team driving technological transformation for national and international clients. What will your day-to-day look like? Coordination and execution of specialist projects with a dedicated team, including direct interaction with key clients across various sectors. Leadership of people and teams, with autonomy in planning and execution aligned with Deloitte-defined standards. Assumption of projects with variable durations—either one-off engagements or dedicated service offerings. Ability to provide direct, expert-level client advisory services, occasionally collaborating with other internal teams on multidisciplinary projects. Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables as part of project execution. How do we envision you? A foundational degree in telecommunications or systems engineering. Fundamental knowledge or strong interest in developing expertise in business continuity and technology resilience. At least two years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity or technology risk management. At least one year of experience leading and coordinating people and projects, including direct client interaction. Fluent English (minimum CEFR B2 level), given the possibility of participation in international projects. Interest in professional growth within a multidisciplinary and continuously expanding firm—both in terms of people and capabilities. Enthusiasm for learning, self-challenge, and addressing emerging challenges dynamically. Experience with basic project management tools, such as Gantt charts or reporting and tracking dashboards.
