You will be the key piece ensuring our security projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to the highest quality—leading communication between technical teams and stakeholders. Work Model: Hybrid, based in Bilbao or Madrid. Other offices also considered. Your Key Responsibilities * Project Lifecycle Management: Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure for cybersecurity projects. * Team Leadership: Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, foster high performance, and ensure milestone delivery. * Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal/external clients and cross-functional departments. * Risk and Quality Control: Identify potential project deviations, manage cybersecurity risks, and ensure deliverables meet unit standards. * Reporting: Prepare progress reports, monitor budgets (GCP), and present results to management. What We’re Looking For (Requirements) * Experience: Minimum 3–5 years managing technology projects. * Specialization: Strong knowledge of Identity Management (IAM) or Identity Governance (IGA) solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta) is highly valued. * Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and/or traditional frameworks (PMP/PRINCE2). * Languages: Advanced English (C1). Ability to conduct technical meetings and author complex documentation fluently. * Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and resilience in critical environments.
