Currently, we are looking for a new teammate **"EXPERT CYBERSECURITY TECHNICIAN**" who wants to become part of our small family of securitos. **How will your day-to-day be at SECURE\&IT?** * **Classify, prioritize, and assign** tickets according to established procedures. * **Perform security analysis** of the different monitored elements. * **Carry out investigation tasks (debug, sniffer...)** * **Handle and resolve incidents** on security elements (Antivirus, EDR, firewall, Antispam, WAF, NAC, PAM, ...) * Provide **effective solutions and document the steps** taken for resolution. * **Investigate incidents** escalated from Level 1, determining their severity, impact, and appropriate response. * **Support the training of the Level 1 team,** providing feedback and training on handling advanced incidents. * **Ensure** that all **changes** are performed in a controlled and documented manner. * **Generate technical reports** on security elements. **And most importantly...
