A space designed to promote well-being, strengthen teamwork, and boost creativity. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all daily operations of our store. We are looking for someone with experience in the fashion industry and solid team management background who ensures excellent customer service, maximizes sales, and maintains our brand image in-store. Additionally, we seek someone who identifies with our brand values, unique style, and aligns with our vision of innovation and sustainability. What will be your main responsibilities? As team leader, you will be in charge of motivating your team to achieve sales goals, always fostering a positive and collaborative environment. You will manage day-to-day store operations: inventory care, product presentation, cash register operations, and stock control. Store image and philosophy are essential. You will apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and ensure all customers enjoy a shopping experience that brings them back again and again. You will work closely with the team to execute our sales strategy and create reports that help us continuously improve. You will also be responsible for ensuring the team's ongoing development. You will be the ambassador of our brand. You will convey our values and standards in everything you do, from the store environment to interactions with the team and customers.
