Today we design the data centers of the future. Right now, we want to keep growing and are looking for engineering professionals with experience in mechanical design. The position is office-based, reporting to the Mechanical Director. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Manage all mechanical aspects of projects, primarily in the construction sector. This includes: * Calculations and review of mechanical design and engineering criteria, data sheets, specifications and standards, and scope of work. * Technical leadership and guidance to mechanical engineers and engineers from other disciplines involved in the projects. * Preparation and review of mechanical equipment requests and material packages. * Promotion and implementation of safety in design within engineering projects. **How will you do it?** You will become part of an integrated team composed of professionals with diverse backgrounds and varied experiences, allowing you to develop an interesting and enriching perspective. At the same time, we offer a Development Program focused on mentoring for roles, enabling you to perform and lead your projects autonomously in the short-to-medium term. **What do you need to fit in?** * Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred). * At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical design engineer for unique buildings (hospitals, hotels, pharmaceutical projects, airports, etc.). * Experience in HVAC, sanitation, plumbing, fire suppression, and detection systems. * Ability to work with a certain level of autonomy while being a team player. * Willingness to learn and grow in new areas of mechanical engineering. * Focus on quality and performance. * Knowledge of local and international standards. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Tools: Ms Office, Autodesk Revit MEP, HAP, etc., projects. **What are our benefits?** * You will have flexible working hour policies. * Remote work options. * We are committed to providing job stability and long-term projects. * We offer a range of measures to help you develop 360º and achieve everything you aim for. \#LI\-JL1
