Currently undergoing strong development driven by the acquisition of new high-value industrial projects, we are looking for passionate individuals to build the aviation of tomorrow together. ### **Mission** We are seeking our future **Machinist Officer** to join our teams at our production site in **Vitoria\-Gasteiz.** **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Preparing your workstation by reviewing manufacturing instructions, verifying the availability of production resources, and selecting the appropriate program to use * Accurately completing Production Orders (POs) according to the schedule established by the Team Leader * Adjusting machine and other equipment parameters according to the instructions specified in the production order * Performing inspections on machined parts according to the sampling plan defined by Quality. In case of tolerance deviations and/or equipment malfunctions, notify your supervisor and propose corrective actions * Verifying that cutting tools and fixtures are functioning properly. In case of malfunction, notify your supervisor and propose corrective solutions * Performing level 1 maintenance on all production and inspection equipment according to established procedures. In case of malfunction, notify your supervisor and propose corrective actions * Participating in continuous improvement initiatives * Collaborating with the CAM department to define machining processes for new parts **Your responsibilities will be:** * Ensuring machining operations meet both customer and internal requirements * Performing part machining and guaranteeing traceability of machined parts in accordance with customer requirements and internal procedures * Ensuring proper application of 5S principles in daily operations ### **Profile** You hold an advanced qualification in machining and possess knowledge of machining standards, ability to interpret technical drawings (tolerances, views, etc.), advanced expertise in job-specific procedures (5S, safety, quality, etc.), and advanced skills in continuous 5-axis machining**.** Want to give your career a fresh direction?
