MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR FOR PRESS AND TOOLING ADJUSTMENT Reporting to the Eskoriatza Plant Director, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the human and technical resources at your disposal, following established standards and procedures to achieve departmental objectives in terms of safety, quality, service, and cost. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead your team to ensure timely delivery of manufacturing orders and compliance with internal standards regarding quality, service, cost, organization, and cleanliness. * Collaborate and support press operators in the correct installation and commissioning of dies, providing technical assistance in resolving production issues. * Proactively participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve necessary adaptations of both products and production equipment. Monitor and control deviations (OEE, productivity, quality, expenses, etc.) to meet annual budget targets. * Ensure and verify that preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out on all production equipment within the section to guarantee compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications. * Plan work orders for each press, coordinating maintenance and adjustment of dies. * Issue purchase orders for spare parts, consumables, lubricants, and auxiliary materials required for series production. * Evaluate, interpret, and provide technical solutions for potential geometric deviations in each stamped part. * Coordinate all outsourced work. * Participate in the design and development of new dies. CANDIDATE PROFILE EDUCATION * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Machining, Mechatronics, Tool Adjustment, or similar field TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE * Extensive knowledge of progressive dies * Knowledge of LEAN, TPM, SMED, and OEE. LANGUAGES: * Intermediate level of English will be valued.
