Responsible for kitchen management and team leadership to ensure excellence across all our gastronomic services. Main responsibilities * Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, guaranteeing excellence in dish quality. * Design, plan and prepare innovative, balanced menus aligned with market trends and Moosa Bay’s identity. * Manage the kitchen team: training, shift planning, motivation and talent development. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. * Control costs, procurement, stock and kitchen performance, optimising resources and minimising waste. * Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and an exceptional culinary experience. Requirements: * Proven experience as Head Chef or in a similar role in restaurants or tourist destinations. * In-depth knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and ability to design creative menus. * Leadership and team management skills. * Strong focus on quality, attention to detail and customer orientation. * Experience in cost control and operational kitchen management. * Food handler’s certificate; hospitality or gastronomy training is valued.
