We support engineering firms throughout the entire technical process—from BIM modeling to preparing technical reports and budgets—driving energy efficiency, digital continuity, and sustainability in every project. **What will you learn with us?** Join a dynamic and collaborative environment where you’ll have the opportunity to learn: * The full engineering workflow and how to apply Schneider’s tools at each stage (Revit, AutoCAD, Caneco, ETAP, Presto…). * Participation in specification-support projects, collaborating with technical and commercial teams to build integrated solutions. * Development of a final project simulating a real engineering delivery (BIM model, calculations, budget, and technical documentation). Qualifications: **Are you the person we’re looking for?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Industrial, Electrical, Energy Engineering, or related fields. * Interest in technical design, digital tools, and sustainable electrification. * Ability to work collaboratively, act autonomously, and embrace learning in a multidisciplinary environment. * Availability to work between 4 and 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday), with morning availability; schedule is flexible—you may start anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. * Ability to formalize a 6-month internship agreement with your university or educational institution. * Availability to start in March. * Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn. * Advanced English proficiency. **By participating in our Trainee Program, you’ll gain:** An experience specially designed for your learning and development Paid internship (based on your agreed schedule—minimum 20 hours, maximum 30 hours per week, €700–€900/month) Ongoing tracking of your progress and learning * Flexible schedule to balance with your studies * One free day per month (accumulable) Possibility of remote collaboration depending on the role (up to 2 days per week) 6-month duration with potential extension or permanent employment * As a company, we always align with our corporate values—customer-centricity, disruption of the status quo, embracing diverse perspectives, and continuous learning.
