We are seeking Maintenance Technicians in different specialties (Static Equipment, Dynamic Equipment, Electrical and Instrumentation), aiming to temporarily reinforce the technical maintenance team at the Petronor industrial complex. The selected candidates will lead the technical and management aspects of their specialty or workshop, supporting operations, managing teams, analyzing recurring failures and proposing improvements, in accordance with current regulations and the company's Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental policies. Responsibilities and duties* Ensure the implementation of established planning in tasks related to the specialty, participating in the development of the Preventive Maintenance program and in failure analysis and breakdown reports. * Support the specialty supervisor in optimizing the cost and management of the section’s activities. * Provide technical support to supervision and execution teams regarding equipment repairs. * Prepare technical specifications, define control mechanisms, and participate in the procurement process for works. * Identify and define material characteristics and specifications according to current standards and regulations, establishing, in collaboration with the specialty supervisor, appropriate stock levels. * Estimate material and human resources required for work execution, assessing scope, man-hours and execution time. * Use necessary information systems, generating periodic activity reports detailing interventions, reflecting associated costs and resources, and updating affected technical documentation. * Participate in and lead cross-departmental initiatives, including those related to safety, quality and environment. * Participate in audits, RCAs and investigations. * Analyze recurring failures, Bad Actors and Unavailability. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the specialty/Workshop. * Preparation and execution of Shutdowns. * Collaborate with other departments to respond to received requests. What are we looking for?* Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and/or specialties in Electricity, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Electronics or related engineering fields. * Experience in industrial maintenance/reliability. * Knowledge of industrial safety and awareness of occupational and environmental risks. * Analytical skills and technical abilities, with capacity to design solutions and solve problems. * Digital competencies. * English level B1. Desirable* Experience in oil refineries or chemical plants. * Experience in commissioning projects for industrial plants. * Advanced office software skills (PBI, Power Apps, etc). * Master's degree in Engineering / Higher Engineering. * Experience using a CMMS (preferably MAXIMO). * Training in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL). * Advanced English level. \#LI\-MG2
