We are seeking professionals to fill positions as Maintenance Supervisors in the specialties of Static Equipment, Dynamic Equipment, Electrical and Instrumentation, with the aim of temporarily reinforcing the technical maintenance team at the Petronor industrial complex. The role's mission is to plan, schedule, coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, ensuring correct execution of work in accordance with current regulations and the company's safety, quality and environmental policies. Selected candidates will lead the technical and managerial aspects of their specialty or workshop, supporting operations, managing teams, analyzing repetitive failures and proposing improvements, in compliance with current regulations and the company's Safety, Quality and Environmental policies. They will operate with a global, collaborative and continuous improvement mindset, aligned with organizational objectives. Functions and responsibilities* Plan, coordinate, supervise and manage the execution of maintenance activities. * Schedule maintenance activities by managing workload, assistance, resources and work sequences. * Interpret assembly and detail drawings, specifications, diagrams, schematics, P&IDs, etc., of the facilities/equipment to be serviced. Collaborate in developing maintenance procedures and work instructions for their specialty. * Management of work permits. * Provide occasional support to the Shutdown Department: scheduling, planning and supervision of maintenance tasks during plant shutdowns (resource management, activities, sequences). * Participate in on-demand emergency services to assist the industrial site's needs. * Supervise and verify the quality of work performed both internally and by contracted companies. * Collaborate in the analysis of breakdowns and incidents, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and procedures, especially those related to safety, environmental and technical aspects. * Participate in departmental cross-functional programs, including those related to safety, quality and environment. * Prepare technical specifications, work protocols and procedures. * Identify and define material characteristics and specifications according to applicable standards and regulations, establishing stock levels in coordination with the specialty manager. * Estimate material and human resources required for job execution, assessing task scope, man-hours and execution time. * Use necessary information systems, generating periodic reports on activities and detailing interventions. * Analyze repetitive failures and prepare RCAs. * Preparation and execution of Shutdowns. What are we looking for?* Higher Vocational Training degree (FP2), in related fields (mechanics, electricity, electronics, automation, etc.). Technical Engineering or Bachelor's degree preferred. * Demonstrable experience in similar roles within industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of work planning and scheduling. * Knowledge of industrial safety and occupational risks. * Analytical skills, teamwork and adaptability to changing environments. * Digital competencies. * English level B1. * Valid driver's license. Desirable* Experience in oil refineries or chemical plants. * Experience in commissioning projects for industrial plants. * Experience using advanced office tools (Power BI, Power Apps, etc.). * Familiarity with MAXIMO, MS Project and EPM environments. * Training in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL). * Advanced English proficiency. #LI-MG2
