The Petronor Industrial Complex in Muskiz needs to fill the position of Laboratory Analyst for its Laboratory department. We are looking for someone to carry out analytical tasks and testing of petroleum products and waters from its section, ensuring compliance with current regulations, Safety, Quality and Environmental policies, as well as established procedures and department guidelines. To achieve this, you must apply your knowledge of Safety and Environmental risks, the process and its impact on the product, guaranteeing quality and operational experience. Functions and responsibilities* Perform analyses and tests on petroleum products (gasoline, diesel, heavy diesel, fuel oil, coke, etc.). * Perform required analyses of HF acid and ASO in the Alkylation Laboratory. * Take samples and/or conduct on-site testing in the refinery's process units. * Perform equipment verifications following calibration procedures. * Use the Laboratory Management System. Report obtained/observed analytical results in LabWare. * Collaborate in the preparation of reagents and reference materials, in the start-up and validation of equipment and/or tests, in conducting technical studies, and in preparing test operating procedures and methods. * Collaborate in the preparation of equipment instructions. * Manage and safeguard reference samples. * Comply with safety regulations and Quality, Safety and Environment management system procedures. Participate in preventive activities related to quantity and quality. * Maintain and care for necessary equipment and the work area to support task execution. Apply the 5S methodology in daily work. * Demonstrate an open and receptive attitude toward organizational transformation. * Other duties derived from the position. What we are looking for* Higher Vocational Training Cycle, specialty in Analysis and Control. * Competence in the analytical specialties required in the laboratory. * Experience in hydrocarbon analysis, as well as in refinery petroleum product analysis, will be valued. * Knowledge of chromatography will be considered an advantage. * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts will be valued. * Teamwork skills, attention to detail, initiative, safety awareness, and results orientation. * Digital competencies. * Valid driver's license. \#LI\-MG2
