**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a Labor Technician for a consultancy located in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The tasks and responsibilities will include: * Advising on labor obligations under the law; knowledge of collective bargaining agreement interpretation required. * Employment contracts: types of contracts, deadlines, etc. * Processing Social Security registrations and deregistrations. * Managing direct payments for self-employed workers with mutual insurance companies. * Preparing monthly payrolls. * Calculating severance payments. * Optimizing labor-related costs for the company. * Issuing company certificates. * Managing work-related accident reports (Deltas). * Calculating and managing income tax withholdings for employees/self-employed professionals. * Etc. We seek a candidate with proven experience in this field, leadership skills, and team management capabilities, who can manage small teams within the medium term. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 09:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Fridays and summer months (July, August, and September): 08:00 AM to 3:00 PM. One fixed remote workday per week is offered. **Requirements:** --------------- * Demonstrable experience as a Labor Technician, either in a consultancy or corporate setting. * A degree in Labor Relations is highly desirable. In the absence of such a degree, a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position is required.
