Vitoria\-Gasteiz / Miñano, Álava Permanent contract \| Full-time \| Urgent start Estimated salary: €20\.000 gross/year Mystery Project is looking for a Junior Systems Technician to join a growing technology consultancy specializing in IT services, infrastructure, support, technological outsourcing, and digital transformation. The selected candidate will provide on-site support to one of their clients in the Vitoria/Miñano area, delivering technical support to end users and participating in maintenance tasks, incident resolution, and workstation management. Main Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Providing first-level technical support to users via phone and email. * Registering, documenting, and tracking incidents using a ticketing system. * Resolving basic incidents related to software, connectivity, email, Office 365, and workstations. * Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on computer equipment. * Participating in software installation, updates, drivers, BIOS, firmware, and equipment configuration. * Managing IT assets and supporting control of the technology fleet. * Supporting incidents related to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, digital signatures, and corporate tools. * Escalating incidents to other technical teams when necessary. * Guiding users on the basic use of hardware, software, and workplace tools. Requirements We seek a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, user-oriented approach, and ability to manage daily tasks effectively. Required qualifications: * Education in computer science, preferably Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced Level). * Minimum 1 year of experience—or relevant internships—in end-user technical support. * Knowledge of microcomputer systems, installation, and maintenance of equipment. * Familiarity with Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. * Experience or knowledge in resolving email-related incidents and digital signature issues. * Ability to accurately register and document incidents. * Autonomy, responsibility, and strong task management skills. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to commute to the office.
