As a **Junior Management Control Technician**, you will be a key player in the group’s financial planning, analysis, and control. Your work will ensure the **reliability of information**, drive **operational efficiency**, and directly contribute to **improving margins and business results**. ### **What will your responsibilities be?** Update and maintain **management dashboards** and performance tracking across various business units. Prepare and analyze **periodic reports** on sales, margins, product costs, personnel costs, and purchase volumes. Review and monitor **SAP accounting**, ensuring correct account allocation and consistency. Conduct **estimation and profitability analyses** for new locations and expansion projects. Participate in **monthly closings, budgeting, and forecasting**. Collaborate with corporate departments (Operations, Procurement, HR, Marketing, etc.) by providing **financial interpretation and budgetary control**. REQUIREMENTS #### **What we’re looking for in you** A **university degree** in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related fields. **1–2 years of experience** in **Management Control, Controlling, or Finance**, where you have developed strong analytical capabilities. Experience in the **food, organized foodservice, or grocery retail sectors** will be highly valued—industries where agility and margin control make the difference. **Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools**, plus curiosity about improving processes and automating tasks.
