The purpose of this role is to support the Client Director in account management and to direct capabilities and teams to ensure timely delivery and excellence in execution. This is a key role to drive internal and external collaboration with clients and partners. ### **Responsibilities** * Support the Client Director in delivering innovative and creative solutions. * Collaborate effectively within **dentsu** and across the wider network when required, leveraging strong knowledge of products and services to drive commercial value for both clients and dentsu. * Manage **clients’ communication plans**, including deadline and budget oversight. * Define the **media strategy**, aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives. * Review and optimize plans to generate greater margin and value through innovation and new, improved ways of working. * Translate **client briefings** into integrated media plans (online/offline, upper and lower funnel). * Manage **both traditional and digital media campaigns** (non-performance). * Select channels, formats, and **media mix** based on data, insights, and benchmarks. * Effectively lead and motivate internal teams to ensure delivery of the best possible work. * Ensure consistency between the communication strategy, target audiences, and defined **KPIs**. * Provide accurate and periodic plan updates and reporting to clients. ### **Requirements** * Minimum of **4 years** of prior experience in similar roles. * Experience in integrated management of **digital and traditional media**. * Understanding of how **media agencies** operate. * Fluency in **Spanish and English**; knowledge of **Basque** is a plus. * Solid knowledge of **media planning tools**. **Our Benefits** **✨** Vacation: 26 working days, 3 Wellness Days, a birthday day off, and December 24 and 31 off if they fall on a working day * Flexible working hours Summer intensive schedule (June 15 to September 15) Hybrid remote work policy Professional development via the Dentsu University platform Attractive compensation package Access to flexible benefits system (Health insurance, Restaurant vouchers, Transport card, Childcare vouchers, Specialized training…) Employee Assistance Program 2 volunteer days, aligned with our commitment to corporate responsibility and social impact Excellent working environment We have earned Top Employer accreditation in 2024 and 2025, and the Happy Trainees certification in 2025 — both awards recognizing dentsu as a great employer brand! **Inclusion and Diversity** At dentsu, we value diversity and foster an inclusive environment where every talent can thrive.
