The Construction Area is a service unit whose mission—as an essential part of the integrated, multidisciplinary project teams within the Engineering Directorate—is to efficiently manage the execution of industrial installations related to the Company’s investment projects. This unit ensures constructability is incorporated into design foundations, in defining the overall project execution strategy and the specific construction strategy, supervision of on-site activities, and management of execution contracts—fully aligned with Business Unit requirements and procedures, as well as applicable regulations and best practices in project management, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Protection. **Main Responsibilities:** ======================= * Define the project execution strategy from inception, incorporating the construction perspective. * Plan and supervise site execution, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and technical compliance. * Guarantee compliance with **Safety, Environment, and Quality (SEQ)** standards. * Coordinate resources and manage construction contracts. * Monitor technical and financial project performance (progress, costs, and deviations). * Manage on-site changes and their associated technical documentation. * Support commissioning and handover to operations, incorporating lessons learned. **What We Offer:** ================== * Performance-based bonus. * Permanent contract. * Health insurance. * Pension plan contribution. * Digital disconnection policy. * Work-life balance measures. * Legal advisory services. * Employee support services. **You’ll be a great fit if you have:** ============================== * A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Energy). * A Master’s degree or Advanced Technical Certification in Occupational Risk Prevention will be valued. * Advanced user-level office software proficiency (experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is desirable). * English language proficiency at B2\+ level or higher. * Willingness to travel for extended periods (approximately 12 to 36 months) to Company facilities where construction works are carried out. \#LI\-PC1 **Required skills:** Building Safety, Civil Works, Commissioning and installations start\-up, Construction, Construction Administration, Construction Management, Construction Planning, Incident Investigations, Project Management, Scheduling
