Job Summary: Ingeteam is seeking a Purchasing Technician to ensure the supply of materials and support efficient manufacturing at its Ortuella plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate quotation requests and purchase order issuance **Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire a **Purchasing Technician** on a temporary basis for its production plant in Ortuella. As part of Ingeteam Converters, your mission will be to guarantee the supply of required materials, meeting agreed delivery dates, quantities, and conditions to achieve efficient manufacturing. **Responsibilities**: * Coordinate quotation requests for materials and services based on technical specifications. * Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries with suppliers. * Monitor and evaluate the supplier portfolio and coordinate the qualification of new suppliers to meet material requirements. * Manage documentation related to suppliers and procurement activities. **Requirements**: * Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FPII) in Administration, University Degree in Business Administration, Organization, or similar field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience performing similar duties. * Technical knowledge in mechanics and electricity\-electronics will be valued. * Dynamic individual capable of working both independently and as part of a team. * English level B2\. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel and SAP.
