The employment arrangement consists of monthly contracts providing job continuity. Working hours are organized into rotating shifts, varying according to production line requirements, covering morning, afternoon, and night schedules. Previous experience of at least three months in a similar role within the industrial or automotive sector is required. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory for commuting to the workplace, especially for individuals not residing in the locality. Availability to work rotating shifts—including morning, afternoon, and night—and to undergo a medical examination prior to commencing work is required.
