This position is within the hospitality industry, focusing on providing services in the dining room and serving cocktails on the terrace. Main responsibilities include direct customer interaction, order management, and presentation of food and beverages. Ensuring a positive customer experience at all times while maintaining service quality standards is essential. Coordination with the rest of the dining team is essential to ensure seamless service flow. Personal appearance and hygiene must be impeccable at all times, adhering to sector-established protocols. Preparing the work area—including setting up tables and utensils—is part of daily tasks. Food and beverage service will be carried out following the establishment’s instructions and respecting food safety regulations. This role directly contributes to the establishment’s image, serving as its visible face to customers. Work may be scheduled across various shifts, aligned with opening hours and planned special events. The ability to handle pressure calmly and professionally is a key success factor for this position. Initiative to improve service processes and enhance final customer satisfaction will be valued. The primary workplace is located in Lekeitio, requiring self-organized transportation. Availability to work on September 1st and 5th next week is required. It is mandatory to have a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace in Lekeitio. No specific academic qualification is required, although prior experience in similar positions will be valued.
