Description

The position involves joining an industrial production line, where the main tasks are assembly and handling of components. The operator will be responsible for tasks such as screwing, adjusting parts, and performing deburring operations to ensure final product quality. The work takes place in a dynamic environment and requires adherence to established protocols to maintain safety and efficiency standards. The position involves working with hand tools and small machinery, directly contributing to the manufacturing process. The employee will be part of a team and must coordinate activities with other colleagues to ensure smooth line operation. This role is fundamental within the production process, as precision in assigned tasks directly impacts the final outcome. The ability to maintain a consistent work pace and attention to detail in each operation performed will be valued. The work environment is industrial, so adaptation to conditions typical of a production workshop is required. The primary function is to ensure components are assembled correctly according to provided technical specifications. The activity requires concentration and manual dexterity to handle various types of components and materials. Work is carried out under supervision, following instructions from the line manager or shift supervisor. The position offers the opportunity to participate in a structured production process, where individual contribution is key to collective operation. We seek a methodical person with the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high quality standard. The operator must report any incidents or deviations detected during the process for immediate correction. Adaptability and willingness to learn new procedures will be valued aspects in job performance. The offered salary is €20,300 gross per year, in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Working hours are organized under a three-shift rotating system covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The position includes conditions stipulated in the sectoral collective agreement, including corresponding rest periods and vacation entitlements. The workplace is located in an industrial park with facilities suitable for carrying out production activities. Immediate availability for incorporation is required. At least one year of experience in similar positions within an industrial or production environment will be valued. Completion of a warehouse auxiliary activities course or equivalent training is required. No specific academic qualifications are required, but practical knowledge of tool and component handling will be appreciated. The candidate must be able to follow instructions precisely and work collaboratively as part of a coordinated team.
