COR Outsourcing is a leading hotel cleaning services company for 4 and 5\* hotels. We are currently seeking a Supervisor for a 4\* hotel in the center of Vitoria. Functions: \- Assign daily housekeeping tasks, manage master key logs, and attendance records. \- Inspect guest rooms and common areas. \- Supervise and monitor the work performed by hotel cleaning staff. \- Daily supervision of staff attendance and adherence to working hours. \- Train and follow up with new employees. \- Implement guidelines set by the Hotel Supervisor to ensure economic results, service quality, and timeliness. \- Manage items left behind by guests. Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Hotel Supervisor in 4 and 5\* hotels. Willingness to reside in Vitoria (Basque Country).
