Job Responsibilities * Organize, coordinate, and oversee daily operations across hotel departments. * Ensure efficient and effective compliance with standards (procedures and routine operations). * Supervise and identify potential areas for improvement (ensuring smooth internal operations). * Ensure proper compliance with APPCC and water hygiene regulations. * Monitor financial performance. * Manage complaints and claims. Requirements * Minimum qualification: Associate degree. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles (3- and 4-star holiday hotels operating on an all-inclusive basis). * Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is valued. * Results-oriented mindset. * Customer-focused vocation.
