




**Responsibilities:** * Creating and modifying documents in Word, Excel, and PDF (inserting/deleting pages, pagination, watermarks, image handling). * Preparing documents and templates in accordance with corporate standards and branding. * Preparing reports, presentations, brochures, internal instructions, resumes, and training materials. * Creating and/or modifying budgets (Excel, Presto). * Document management and administrative support on defined projects. * Assisting with administrative tasks under pressure, ensuring quality and deadlines. **Requirements:** * Education in Secretarial Studies, Degree in Administrative Management, or similar. * Minimum of 2\-3 years of experience in a similar role. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (high-level Word, intermediate-level Excel). * Knowledge of PDF tools (Acrobat, Kofax), and experience with Presto is desirable. * English at B2 level (conversation not required). * Organized, proactive profile with ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Strong communication skills, assertiveness, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
