





We are seeking an Administrative/Receptionist to join a leading company in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sector, located in Miñano. The main responsibilities of this position include comprehensive management of the telephone switchboard and handling inquiries received via email. The role also entails receiving and escorting visitors, as well as controlling and recording building access. Another key function will be managing staff timekeeping and coordinating with the Administration and Human Resources departments to provide support in various administrative tasks. An initial contract of approximately three months is offered through a Temporary Work Agency, with the possibility of subsequent permanent employment with the company. Working hours are from Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:00, including a 45-minute break, and Fridays, 8:00–15:00. The gross annual salary is €23,000. * Administrative studies or related fields preferred (not mandatory) * Customer service experience. * High proficiency in Basque. * High level of English is considered an asset. * Proficiency in office software. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * A personal vehicle is required to reach the Miñano Technology Park, as there is no public transportation available.
